Caught up, and dammit, I'm waiting for the moment I want to spring in and strangle that little bastard. He's already on my shitlist for attacking that poor Paras though, but he's been on it forever because MOTHERFUCKING TEAM SKULL. Absolutely adore this art and story, as well as the hybrids and the half-evolved idea!

Merry Christmas, it's 🔹 UPDATE 🔹 time! And I see that since I've been gone there's a new scheduling function here, which is great for me because I'm usually too busy to post on update days 👁️ Maybe this way I'll keep up!
... And that's the end of the chapter, as well as the end of On Borrowed Time Book One: Born Yesterday!
I'm really excited to have made it to this point in the story, because it means we've officially gone past where the original run of OBT ended! And gotta say, I love this iteration of the comic more than ever, and I'm looking forward to starting the next book soon.
As per usual, OBT has been on a mini between-chapter hiatus, and it'll return on January 1st, 2023. In the meantime though, the first special episode for OBT, Dielle's Wish, has been posting daily! So enjoy a nice dose of Dielle to make up for her not showing up much in Chapter 6.
And finally, OBT has a not-for-profit print of the first book, On Borrowed Time: Born Yesterday! I'm a bit late with the notification for the forums, so pre-orders have since closed with only a few overstock books remaining. You can find a link with more information about that here!

No, I'm not crying. These aren't tears coming out of my eyes. I'm definitely not sobbing because this is so sweet, and so well-written, and so very sad. I love Dielle's Wish by itself. As for OBT, I love how you've characterized everyone in a way that makes them feel believable. For Rune to not remember anything, nothing but a name... it makes me feel as if, somehow, her memories were altered
